Kindly be advised that all orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. We are based in Hong Kong and our warehouse as well is located here. We have several courier services and they all help us dispatch orders around the world.
Previously, orders to Romania are processed through Sweden, now they are through Fiji as you are already aware. The delivery times are almost the same, or even a day or two earlier. The only reason for the delays are due to customs inspection and unfortunately, we won't be able to speed the process and we have to allow customs to carry out their routine checks.
As per our website, we do reimburse any customs charges that customers have to pay. For more information kindly refer to our FAQ's regarding customs charges;
