Veste proastă de la StrawberryNet (II) - Varianta oficială

După cum v-am spus, le-am scris celor de la StrawberryNet despre faptul că sunt nemulţumită că acum comenzile vin la oficiul poştal cu vamă şi sunt supuse taxării vamale şi plăţii TVA.
Astăzi dimineaţă am primit şi răspunsul oficial din partea supervizorului serviciului de relaţii cu clienţii.

I understand that you are disappointed. As a consumer myself, I always find it hard when things on my favorite sites change.

Kindly be advised that all orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. We are based in Hong Kong and our warehouse as well is located here. We have several courier services and they all help us dispatch orders around the world.

Previously, orders to Romania are processed through Sweden, now they are through Fiji as you are already aware. The delivery times are almost the same, or even a day or two earlier. The only reason for the delays are due to customs inspection and unfortunately, we won't be able to speed the process and we have to allow customs to carry out their routine checks.

As per our website, we do reimburse any customs charges that customers have to pay. For more information kindly refer to our FAQ's regarding customs charges;
